Shipping Policy
At Archid Next Gen, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our processing time, delivery estimates, tracking, and support so you know what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, promotions), processing may take a few extra days; if so, we'll notify you by email or phone.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer. Please allow additional transit time for weather or logistical delays beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value as part of promotions; details will be shown on the checkout page. Additional charges may apply for certain remote pincodes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via SMS and/or email. Use the tracking link provided to follow the shipment until delivery. If you don't receive tracking information within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact support.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local depot. If the package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipment charges may apply.
Change of Shipping Address
We recommend reviewing your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to change the address after placing the order, contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or notice missing items in your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We'll review the case and work with the courier and our team to find a fair resolution.
