- Disliking the product
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Size or fit issues (for apparel)

We will assist you in the following rare cases:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a wrong item
- You receive an incomplete shipment
3. Conditions for Support
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video proof
- Resolution (replacement/store credit) will depend on product availability and case review
- You can place the replacement order within 24hrs of delivey, and all the products will be delivered to you back within 2-3 business days or will provide u store credits
- Store Credits will be credited within 2-3 days and it will be applicable for 1 month duration
